Dafür habe ich dann die Muster up-and-across, hollibaugh und carres kombiniert und "Bälle" gezeichnet, die nur aus gerade Linien bestehen. Das hat Spaß gemacht :-)
--------------------------
For Diva's Weekly Challenge #219 we should use only straight lines. I found it fascinating and tried to tangle a tile that looks not too "strict" however.
Therefor I combined the patterns up-and-across, hollibaugh and carres and drew "balls" only with straight lines. That was fun :-)
--------------------------
For Every Inchie Monday we should interpret the word "ENVELOPE" . At once I thought of loveletters and I think it's sad that they are not very "modern" in times of internet and handy any more...
Have a nice week everybody :-)
Ooooo, I do like this tile. It's so very well constructed and uses such a good mix of patterns. Nice balance of solid black/white against lines and shading.
AntwortenLöschenoh the long lost art of love letter writing. How I wish it still existed! nice inchie
AntwortenLöschenTerrific straight line artwork and a lovely inchie

Beautiful tile and cute envelope
AntwortenLöschenYour Diva's Challenge tile is very successful. You used a pleasing combination of tangles and I especially like the addition of your rounded straight line ball shapes. Very nice.

Perfectly straight lines. Just fantastic design and an adorable Inchie!
AntwortenLöschenI like how you added "round" with straight! Oh, and you are so right. I miss getting letters sometimes.
AntwortenLöschenLove your geometric tile and sweet inchie! Oh well, we have those emoticons and sms lingo to go with the love notes these days :)
Beautiful Diva tile with great contrasts! I like the straight lined balls as well :-)

A lovely Tile, Sandra. So clean, bold and balanced. A terrific design.
AntwortenLöschenThis piece reminds me of blankets spread out over a knoll for a picnic. Lovely shading on that hollibaugh!
AntwortenLöschenYour tangles are so well balanced! the little star shapes in the upper right quadrant look great and add the roundness that is almost organic. Great tile Sandra!
AntwortenLöschenLove the straight line challenge and a great inchie
AntwortenLöschenGreat idea for your inchie, and fab tangles.

AntwortenLöschenSandra, you are so right, what's missing in this era of internet are the old-fashioned notes and letters. All we're going to have for show is a bunch of pixels out in the "cloud." We need a more tangible record of our lives. Your Diva challenge is delightful. Have a brilliant day! c

AntwortenLöschenWow, you kept it so interesting with nothing but straight lines. Amazing line work and the contrast between the directions it takes are dynamic. Very nicely done!
